Remington was polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He gave me a fair and honest quote and explained the options and benefits of different types of stone. Matthew was amazing. He found me the perfect quartz slab that matched my vision and budget. He was courteous, attentive, and responsive. He kept me updated on the progress and delivered on time. Deanna was the perfect office manager. She coordinated everything smoothly and efficiently. She made sure I was satisfied with the work and answered any questions I had.   Very happy with the quality and workmanship. I really appreciated how they advised against few things I wanted to do and I am so glad I listed to them. They're the experts with plenty of experience.
I also ran into a small problem where I couldn't open the fridge fully -not their fault- because of the countertop too close to fridge. I didn't get my fridge in few weeks after installation was complete. I emailed them with my concern and they showed up the next morning to cut the granite a bit short. Now this is what I call excellent service. I am very pleased and will recommend them to friends and families.

  Stopped in to inquire about having them do butcher block countertops for our new build after struggling to find anyone in DFW to do them. The owner, Phillip, personally helped us. Can’t say enough about the customer service! He ensured we were able to get exactly what we wanted and made multiple trips for the installation just to be sure they were fitted perfectly! Our countertops are absolutely beautiful!!! I highly recommend Arlington Marble and would continue to do business with them when needed.
